Southern Caviar

2 cans black -eyed peas
2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans Rotel
2 large green bell peppers
5 green onions, chopped
3 ripe Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 large bottle Italian dressing


Combine all ingredient in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Use as a dip with Scoop chips or tortilla chips.
